Energy Alignment Session

Service Description

Here’s how an Energy Alignment session with me generally works… I'll give you a call at our scheduled time on Zoom/Facetime/Phone – or whichever app you prefer. This energy work is equally effective with or without visuals so feel free to go with what makes you feel most comfortable.  We’ll start off by having a conversation about whatever it is that you would like to change about your life.  This could be something that’s currently ‘up’ for you..ie. something that is triggering or frustrating you.  Or maybe you’ve got a manifesting list and you want to release any blocks to receiving it. Because Theta Healing works for every aspect of life, you can choose absolutely anything!A typical appointment includes an intuitive scan, belief work, and a healing.  Very little background info is needed about the issue.  The majority of the session will be about going straight to the heart of what’s going on, resolving any trauma that needs attention, identifying the core beliefs, replacing the limiting ones with empowering feelings and beliefs, and muscle testing to see the changes that have taken place.
